Privacy

Your archive is private by default.

What we store

When you sign in, KeepsakeGrid stores your Google account identifier, email address, display name, currency preference, collections, item records, valuation history, and photos in Firebase.

Sharing

Collections are private until you explicitly enable a read-only sharing link. Shared pages include owned item names, maker, year, condition, value, and tags. They exclude notes, serial numbers, wishlist items, email addresses, and photos. Disabling a link removes the public share document.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and private photo storage; Vercel for hosting and privacy-conscious web analytics; Upstash for rate limits; Resend for contact email; and Sentry for errors-only monitoring. Session Replay is disabled.

Control and deletion

Export record metadata as JSON or CSV from the app; private photo binaries are not embedded in those files. Account deletion removes your workspace, photos, sharing links, settings, and Firebase login. Contact us if a recent-login check prevents the final login deletion.
